Head of Medical Records
Ashley is the newest member of the team having joined Dr. DeSimone in 2013.
Ashley is the person you will speak to when you call the office. She is responsible for making appointments and taking messages for Dr. DeSimone and his Medical Assistant, Niki Huff. She handles all faxes to pharmacies.
As Head of Medical Records, Ashley is the point of contact when you are looking for copies of your medical files. She also puts together records that have been subpenaed, whether for Worker’s Compensation, health care insurance or other purposes.
